Staff Profile – Heidi Gross, Practice Administrator

Heidi Gross is our Practice Administrator at Millard & Bragg and comes with decades of experience in the Construction and Business industry. Ms. Gross’ background includes overseeing construction projects from coordination to completion, preparations for negotiating construction, personal property damage and other forms of casualty loss claims. Representation of claimants at insurance mediations and appraisals as licensed adjuster. Assisting with insurance plaintiff attorneys and claimants in the insurance arbitration process, in the capacity of claims appraiser and negotiating final settlements.

When she’s not busy running our practice, Heidi also enjoys hiking and photography.
