No one was injured as a building collapsed near 4823 SE Division Street just before 4 p.m. Westbound lanes of Division Street will be closed Thursday.
As engineers investigated the collapse, Portland Fire & Rescue said it was unclear what caused it. There most likely was a structural problem with the roof.
