Holiday season is upon us which means its the perfect time of year for baking, staying warm, and enjoying decorations. Here are some tips to remember to keep your home safe AND cozy for the holidays.

• Keep track of your space heaters and fireplaces. Make sure to keep wrapping paper and decorations at least 3 feet away.
• Remember to blow out candles and turn off lights before you leave the house or go to sleep.
• If you have a real Christmas tree, keep it hydrated.
• Double check your oven is off when you’re finished cooking. (It’s a simple thing to forget when there is a lot going on)
